Bad packaging, 7 Nov. 2014
Happy with prompt delivery very unhappy with product packaging. The clock has been bought as a gift and the packaging makes a fairly expensive present look cheap! Also, my fault entirely, I wrongly assumed that the tail would swing (good idea for the future 😉 ). All in all I'm happy to keep it but please do something about the packaging as it really lets your product down.

A gorgeous design but they are NOT producing beautifully hand crafted items at all !, 2 Aug. 2014

It's a great shame Teamson ! I had to order two of these in the end and neither were good at all. The first was a ware house deal at a reduced price of course. It said it was in very good condition. Having bought other ware house deal items and always being pleased, I was confident this would be fine too. No ! It had a bent minute hand which I managed to straighten reasonably well but the paint had come off the bent bit, so it didn't look good but I decided I could live with it. But I couldn't correct the hands properly either i.e. 8 O'clock would have the hour hand not pointing directly at the 8 ! Also one of the antennae hadn't been made well too ! So I alerted Amazon, who arranged a replacement. It came but it looked like a 'second', one part of the paint work had been painted over because there was some damage to the wood. Then the other main problem was the clock didn't work ! This company has designed a beautiful clock but they must change their factory. No way are they sending...

Great little product, grandson loves it as it's a very smiley monkey, just like him. However, the packaging was appalling and had to be completely removed before gist wrapping which made the gift seem second hand.
