Both my son and daughter absolutely LOVE this laugh and learn puppy and there has been a few 'disagreements' already over whose puppy this is and so I think I may have to get the matching
for my daughter so that they can have one each. Puppy is a big hit in our home as we already have a lot of Fisher Price toys and a lot of these toys have the puppy character in them (Puppy's Smart Train, Laugh & Learn Dance & Play Puppy, Puppy's Activity Home Set, Smart Stages Chair, Crawl Around Car to name a few) and so both of my little ones are already very familiar with puppy and really like the character.

This is a beautiful, very attractive and tactile stuffed animal, he is bright and colourful, has lovely soft fur and is nice to hug and hold.
His main attraction has to be his interactive features that encourage little ones to play along with him to be rewarded with songs and sounds to keep them interested.
The little puppy has 3 different levels of play (to change level you press his left foot that is marked 1,2,3), for the youngest he simply sings and tells them what the part of his body is called that they have pressed, then he starts to ask the child to find their ear/ foot etc. and the last phase for the older child of 18 months + he asks them to play little games.
He is chew friendly (what little one doesn't explore with their mouth?) and quite a sturdy little guy who will withstand toddler play and drops without problem. The sounds and activities keep him interesting and appealing. The buttons are easy to press and activate to avoid frustration. He is a good size...

Another offering from the Fisher Price Smart Stages brand, this toy is sure to outlast most baby and toddler toys.
There are three smart stages. Level one, baby can press the hand, foot and ear, in response baby's new furry friend will say the words of that body part. Each button will also describe the colour of the hand, ear or foot and each part has its own little simple song to entertain baby. There is also an ABC button on the other hand which has its own song.
Level two puts the colour and body part together so now foot and purple becomes purple foot and a new set of more complex songs is introduced such as head, shoulders, knees and toes.
Level three invites baby to stomp their feet like an elephant and sings about swinging like a monkey in a tree.
