Brilliant little monitor!! Would recommend..., 23 July 2015

Started using this today and so far I absolutely love it!! We've used the tommee tippee sensor monitor for the past 3 years for my son,which we've never had a minutes trouble with to be fair. We needed a second one now our baby girl is starting to sleep through from about 8pm. We thought we'd get a video one this time and after loads of research and reading reviews this one seemed like a good choice, and I'm not disappointed. It feels excellent quality and well made and is super easy to use, I had it set up and running in about 5 minutes. The picture is really clear and the night vision is amazingly clear. It was an eye opener watching my 3 year old before he went to sleep...beats anything on TV!! I would definitely recommend this based on my use of it so far.

Great picture and all-round adequate functionality., 2 Oct. 2015

The room temperature never seems quite right to me so I have an old fashioned room one too to keep a check on that. The 'play music' button is right next to the volume button. We have more than once disturbed the baby when trying to change the volume! A design fault but one we can live with. This replaced a much better known brand model which we had to send back twice. Hopefully this one will last!

Avoid, cheaply made, broke very quickly and appalling customer service., 24 Oct. 2015

This product worked fine for 3 months and then it broke, parts fell out of the monitor and although I could just about use it I had to use a pencil to turn it on as the button was broken. I contacted their customer service and they told me I had to post it back before they would replace it. I informed them that I relied on it to keep my baby safe and that I would gladly hand it to the courier in return for the replacement. They told me that this was not possible to do. Considering I work in customer sales and do this myself for customers I felt that it was really poor show. Also considering this is a baby monitor and I assume they expect me to just have a number of sleepless nights whilst I wait for the replacement is really not on. Also there is zero battery life on the monitor so it has to be plugged in continually.

The monitor also doesn't work well with signal (perhaps due to the fact it is already faulty) and loses signal when the nursery is only a few doors away...
