I first bought this product in New Zealand. On my return to the UK it was not widely available but it only took a couple of years for it to appear on Amazon.I can't recommend it enough. I use it on light sunburns, as an after-sun lotion, on mosquito and insect bites (stop itchiness almost instantly), irritated skin, even after waxing to calm my skin. It is a miracle gel! and I am sure it has many more uses that I am yet to discover.

NOT 100% ALOE VERA, 30 July 2013
This product is not as described on amazon, the bottle says 100% gel, NOT 100% aloe vera gel as advertised in the heading and is quite misleading. In fact it contains many chemicals, here are the ingredients:Aloe Vera Gel, Triethanolamine, Tocopheryl, Acetate, Carbomer, Tetrasodium EDTA, DMDM Hydantoin, Diazolidinyl UREA.

My wife and I have used this gel for a few years. It works nicely if you get sunburn. It reduces unpleasant feeling and cures the skin. I always purchase either this brand or something as similar to it as possible.
