Please note:
1. If the Thermometer just comes to a new environment or is just taken from its box, then please give the thermometer a little while for adaptation, for example using it for testing around 1 minutes first, then start to measure body or other objects' temperature. Otherwise, it will not be so precisely.
2. Please make sure to choose the right mode (Body/object temperature mode). Otherwise, it may leads to incorrect results.
3. Make sure the environment humidity is above 15 degree.

It is hard to believe that such a high quality device is so affordable, not many years ago this item would have been easily 4x this price.
The unit is so easy to operate. Just depress the trigger button and you get an instant readout of the temperature. The middle button changes the readout between C and F, and the right button turns on/off the back lit display.
I have tested the radiators, cats, bulbs, beer, fridge contents etc, and the readout has been so easy to see and the device so easy to use.
It feels like a spray nozzle for watering the garden, or a ray gun from the future, it makes me smile each time I use it, and keep testing different items to see their temperature. But, having said that, this is not a fashion item but a practical one, which in reality could potentially help save a child's life (or anybody's for that matter).
The fact it can measure surface temperature too is handy but you must remember to switch back to body...
