What kind of training pants would be better?

We would recommend training pants that could be pulled up and off. Try to practice pulling his/her training pants on and off together. In this way, your toddler will become familiar with the process before he'll/she'll have to do it by himself/herself. Once the up-and-down movement has been mastered, consider giving your child a chance to sit on the toilet-first with the pants on and later with them off.
