If Quality and Frustration got married and had kids - the offspring would look like this.First, the good points: It looks beautiful. The wood is pleasantly smooth and begs to be handled. The set includes a great little drawstring bag for storage and a glossy instruction sheet showing some model combinations, which we found very useful.The bad stuff? It has two PLASTIC pieces (the cylinder connectors for the wheels) which spoils the otherwise organic feel of this toy - they look wooden in the image. However, this is a minor flaw compared to what really ticks me off about this toy: randomly, some of the block faces don't feature magnets. This makes building the models a very strategic exercise. Toddlers beware!
