How to remove: 3m double-sided tape has extremely strong adhesive quality, which means it is difficult to remove. Using sharp nails to move the foam away from the table, then use a hairdryer to remove stubborn, stuck-on tape with a hairdryer. If you still have a thin film of residue, you can buff the surface with a scouring pad soaked with warm, soapy water.
