Ordered two of these so I could use on both ankles simultaneously. I already have a different type of ice pack which contains small beads but I find it difficult to manipulate straight from the freezer and very difficult to retain in place without tying it on with a combination of tea towels and belts - not entirely practical! These gel packs have solved all of these issues. Not only are they very easy to manipulate, even straight from the freezer, but the elasticated straps are wide and comfortable with a good level of stretch resulting in a very secure fit. They are so comfortable to use that the only issue I have now is remembering to remove them! As a sufferer of recurrent Achilles' tendon pain, these were a very worthwhile investment. They also arrived very quickly and the customer service has been excellent. Highly recommend the product and the seller.

This gel pack is an absolute godsend, I had a trapped nerve in my shoulder which was sending horrendous pain down my shoulder and arm, and was told to alternate heat and ice, this was brilliant for both. The gel is pliant enough when frozen to mould over your shoulder arm or neck and lasts for enough time to help ease the pain. Definitely would recommend to everyone

Excellent item, i have facet joint problems in the neck which cause neuralgia in shoulders, neck and head and I wear it like a hair band so it covers the base of the head and neck works a treat, haven't heated the gel packs just used them frozen and they stay cold for a good length of time.
