Angle of Inner tube was a challenge but tyre fitted eventually!!, 21 July 2017
Tyre was slightly bent out of shape so had to be forced into the correct shape before application. The inner tube valve was so angled that we couldnt get it into the tyre & ended up using a different one but this may just have been a user problem! All in all eventually I have a new tyre on my P&T that hopefully will last for many years to come!

Fine - but there is a P&T 'gotcha', 18 Oct. 2013
Anyone who has tried to inflate a P&T tyre will soon learn that overinflation (to bike type pressure) actually distorts the wheel and wrecks the tyre). It's taken me a few 'tubes' to work this out.
