This is a great devic. The floor is a solid board, very very heavy and is very snug fit. This is the only bad feature. But hey, the pen is heavy enough not to need a bottom. I can go about my business in the warm fuzzy confidence that the baby is not eating things or falling off things. The best bit is the fold. Once the kids are in bed, it slides behind the sofa. It even fits in the boot of the golf.For babies who fall over a lot, the nice padded bumper set is a good idea. I ended up lining the pen with pillows. Now the baby is fully mobile at 8mos, he can climb and crawl about as he likes, no padding needed.
