I have had this playpen for a year now and it is still in use and still admired by everyone who visits the house. It has been an absolute godsend for my second child. He had all his naps in it until 5 months so he was always close by in the kitchen (I made a soft mat to go in it, you wouldn't want to sleep straight on the hard surface). Even now he still goes in it at some point every day because it's somewhere safe to put him if I have to answer the door or unstack the dishwasher (he is obsessed with climbing in the dw).

The only negative I saw about this was the design on the base cover but this was easily remedied. Bought a length of oilcloth fabric (available virtually anywhere, I got mine from Dunelm Mill). Turned the base over (it's heavy, you need a second person for this) and then ripped the cover off the staples, laid it on the new fabric and stapled it on. Now it matches my kitchen chair cushions and is easily wiped down.

All in all I would 100%...
