Great Product, 28 Sept. 2010
This product is great, I brought one for myself and one for my cousin too. Easy to clean, looks cool and has multi purpose use too. Currently are being used as extra cot bed in our room, will move this down stair in the living from next month and use it as a play pen for the little one. She can still have her afternoon nap in there and we will put play balls in there too to keep her entertain! The only reason it didnt get a 5 star is because after you put the baby down at night, the cot moves a bit and it can be a bit noise. Which means some light sleep babies ( like mine ) will wake up again straight away. Then it means I need to spend a bit more time to put her to sleep again.Overall this is a great product!

Really pleased with this purchase, 29 Sept. 2010

We bought this travel cot for our daughter, aged 3 months, and I'm really glad we did. Unlike some other reviewers, I don't have a degree in engineering but managed to set it up in minutes. The end bars click into place first, then the side bars, then you push the base down. Easy. The only tricky part is putting together the changing mat, but this really just involves sliding metal poles through some fabric as you would a tent.

You do need a small screwdriver, but only to open the battery casing. I believe the reviewer 'W.O.Smith' is a bit confused about the black box under the bassinet. This isn't "some kind of battery back up pack", it's the part of the cot that vibrates. Initially I thought this was a pointless extra, but our daughter really likes it! That, combined with the bird noises which I didn't even know it had, seems to really relax her. It's a shame that the vibrating part is only used with the bassinet and not the whole cot, but I'm guessing the logic here is...

The Swiss-Army-Cot, 10 Aug. 2010

We bought this for our 3 month old boy when we took our first holiday. What a brilliant piece of engineering. The instructions are reasonable, but after one practice in the living room I folded it away into the carry-bag and had no trouble remembering how to do it on the holiday.

It's a little tricky to unfold - it reminds me of a newly born Giraffe trying to stand up... The wheels roll off in one direction and it all seems like it's going to fall in a heap! Click the sides into position and push the centre of the floor down (make sure you do this bit last otherwise the sides won't lock) and it's rock solid.

I call it the Swiss-Army-Cot because it does everything!

-Lower cot / playpen for older babies

-Bassinette for our little fella with a fab vibrating unit and melody/birdsong/light box.

-Changing table (remarkably sturdy)

-Toy bar with cute soft teddies

I thought it was a little on the pricey side, but all the fabrics are soft to...
