This is a really good bit of kit. Fairly easy to assemble, although don't do it when you are tired and desperately trying to provide your LO with a sleep solution!! She hated it initially but now it is the only place she will nap during the day. It works best on the 5/6 setting which can be alarming at first because it's similar to a fairground galleon!! Music is nice but not for my LO although the nature based white noise works a treat for bringing those pre sleep whinges to a stop.

Batteries seem to last forever as well so don't be put off by this. Do however carry an extra set at all times.

I would say that it is quite large and the supposed fold function is rubbish. Have never got on with the head rest which is a bit odd although necessary to stop her rolling about. She also will not tolerate the harness which I think wedges her nappy in a bit too far. It is also not the quietest swing but I think the noise is quite soothing and after a while it fades into...

Very good except for the "nature sounds", 17 Jan. 2013

This swing has been fantastic for our now 2-month old baby. Very often it is the only thing to calm her. Daily it gives me some time to do the housework while the baby is swinging. The music is ok, but the "nature sounds" sound like construction work or something terrible. We just don't use the sounds at all. The swing takes a lot floor space but is well worth it.

When I initially purchased this product it was one of the best things I had ever bought for my 1 month old son, however, about one month after purchase the item started to malfunction, it would not work on speed 1 or 2, and as my son used this product every day for his naps, and had become part of his routine, this was a massive inconvenience to us...

I made contact with the seller direct, Baby Travel LTD, (who are one of Amazon's sellers) rather than going through Amazon, to give Baby Travel LTD a chance to fix my issue without having the need to involve Amazon, but when I did make contact with Baby Travel LTD, I was asked to hold three times, and kept being passed onto another employee, before the correct person was connected to me, but, instead of being greeted by a helpful member of their Customer Services Department, I was spoken at by an extremely rude man, with no people skills, and expressed NO empathy towards me, even though I made every effort to try and explain...
