The hot water bottle inside is approximately 33cm x 20cm and is made from natural rubber, conforming to BS1970:2006. Can be used for a little extra warmth or for thermotherapy pain relieving purposes. This hot water bottle and cover is soft and warm and provides instant, comfortable heat in a stylish, modern design. The bottle should not be overfilled - two thirds full is the maximum recommended amount, approximately 1000ml.
