I searched for a long time for a swaddle for my son. My daughter never fought her swaddle so I found blankets were fine. My son however has an initial period of struggle before he finally settles down and sleeps. Unfortunately therefore, whilst I find these swaddles to be of a really high quality, nice and soft and stretchy and that they wash well, my son can get out of them in minutes and ends up in a flailing, upset heap.I therefore opted for the Summer SwaddleMe blankets in the end and these have proved much more successful. I had rejected the idea of them first as I thought they looked a little less forgiving and you wouldnt be able to half swaddle but actually I think you would be able to and the material is just as stretchy as the Gro Swaddle. In summary therefore, if you have a determined wriggler, I would reccommend the Summer SwaddleMe blankets instead.

Exactly as described. Perfect for small babies. Sadly my baby turned out to hate swaddling but I have still found uses for them as cloths/blankets etc. Lovely quality product.
