This product came fast and regarding the functionality is as described. However the fabric could be a bette one fabric. The fabric although it is washable (you can remove them and wash them) is a quite low quality.

Poor quality but functional., 6 Jan. 2015
The build quality of this chair leaves a lot to be desired. Lots of chips, dents in the wood and poor machining so a lot of the bolts don't sit neatly.The fabric cover is the worst thing about this item. Honestly I didn't think it would be this poor, but it is - if I had tried it in a shop I wouldn't have bought it. We'll be throwing a blanket over it.That said it is quite comfortable and has a good gliding motion. But I would advise spending £50 more on a high-street chain version.

Very comfortable!, 27 May 2012
I bought this chair based on the reviews and I do not regret for a second. It is very comfortable and nice. I recommend. My only 'bad' point is that the paint in some parts is not perfect as I am very perfectionist,, but you can easily solve it with a write spray if you really care about small imperfections or just leave it as it is. It does not compromise the look to change or replace it.
