For the last few years I seem to have been plagued by Sinus problems and Hay fever right into the later months.

This arrived quickly and well packaged via amazon prime. I bought this for my boyfriend and his daughter who both suffer from sinus problems. It's pretty obvious how to use it, but the instructions that come with it are all in Chinese, so if you're not sure, I suggest you google it to make sure. You can use this standing up,so don't feel like you're drowning apparently. We used pre boiled cooled down water with some natural sea salt in, googled the amount. Afterwards he said his sinus felt great, not itchy or dry anymore, he will definitely be using it again. You just have to wash it after use, because you don't have to stick it right up your nose!
