Slept through the night as soon as he wore this!!, 27 Mar. 2015

This product has been amazing in helping our baby boy sleep through the night.

From birth he has always wanted the reassurance of feeling tightly held & was always swaddled in the 'Summer infant swaddle wrap' at night which he loved & slept through the night most nights from 7 weeks. So this sleep sack was ideal for when he outgrew the wrap as it had plenty of leg room for busy little legs & was really easy to wrap up his arms. On his first night of wearing it, he slept from 11pm - 6am Bliss!!

As he's now approaching 5 months we've slowly begun to wean him off swaddling both arms & have been able to do so one arm at a time with this sleep sack. After a couple of unsettled arm thrashes when initially put in his crib, he soon settled down as I think he liked the reassurance of the wrap around his tummy still. He now sleeps soundly with both arms out but if he gets startled in the night / unsettled with his arms, I can quickly wrap him up again if necessary...

not worth the money, 24 Jun. 2011

Bought this for my 11 week old son as we need to wrap his arms up at night to help him sleep. We have been using the miracle swaddle blanket which is fantastic but wanted something that was easier to put him into. My son lasted 30 mins before he managed to get his arms out & therefore woke up!

My baby had been swaddled from around 3 weeks old, before then he had no problems sleeping at all. Although, as he got bigger he became a little Houdini, managing ot break free and then he'd wake himself up. Around that time we moved him to using this product. It's AMAZING!Not only does it keep him warm, but there is no way he's escaping and waking him up. The inverted zip is great for night time nappy changes and keeps the zip away from his delicate chin.We're now at the stage of wanting to wean him off the swaddle, we've managed one arm in, one out, then both out but still with the swaddle over his tummy, and then no swaddle at all but with the benefit of being able to use this product as a sleeping bag.Best money spent!
