Screws missing!, 29 Dec. 2017
This would be a five star review except that the six screws needed to fix the rocket together were missing. We went through every single centimetre of packaging and they weren’t there. Usefully, the specific sizes of screws needed are shown on the instructions so we were able to get some quickly. Once together the toy is excellent and our boys love it. We’ve bought lots of Hape toys and they are normally perfect so we were disappointed to find the critical screws missing.
