This is supposed to be a breastfeeding pajamas. Now, let's forget for a moment that they call "x-large" a UK size 12, and that you can't even order a larger size, as if all pregnant women were skinny. The fact is that this is even a small-fitting size 12, possibly designed for a non-breastfeeding person. Any breastfeeding pajamas (or top, for that matter) is supposed to accommodate larger-than-usual breasts and have some extra fabric to cover the skin, but this one doesn't because the fabric panel was cut too small. As soon as you get some milk coming in, the upper part will fit too tight and reveal your bra or your skin if you're not wearing a bra underneath. I wore it once while in hospital post-delivery, and had to wear a nightie on top of it to avoid showing my breasts to everyone.
