It had a tear in the hood, 22 Jan. 2018
If I could I'd contact the seller directly, but: my daughter lives in Sweden and I bought this for her son. It's fine, but she noticed when it arrived that there was a small tear in the hood. She had to sew it up. She can't return it because they need it (it's very cold in Sweden at this time of year). I will add photos of it so you can see.Can we get some kind of compensation for this? It was quite an expensive item, and as I say we would have returned it but they live in Sweden.
