Stopped working on the way back our trip (I used every 6h during one day). I'm not too happy with this purchase.

The item didn't work, when it was plugged in the light on the charger came on but the bottle holder remained cold. I contacted the seller and explained the problem, they offered a refund, not a replacement which makes me think it could be a problem in this product and a replacement may have the same issue.

it's small and really easy to use. We love it and it's the best bottle warmer we have. Would buy it again!
