This is an excellent pushchair as a "second pushchair". The front wheels swivel fully and the whole thing is very light and easy to manoeuvre. My mum and dad in law bought this because my main travel system is too heavy for my mum in law but she can push this one handed. I also need this for when I take baby into the city for her hospital appointments and feel certain that it'll be appropriate for folding and taking on London public transport. I'll be taking her along with me too so that when the pushchair is folded she can be in the carrier. The pushchair seems very sturdy in the frame but I can't fully comment on how robust it is as I've only had it a month. The bumper bar and hood detatch and can be put into a tote bag if you need to fold the pushchair when you're out and about. I spent some time looking for a cheap, light, good (but not necessarily amazing) quality push chair that would (critically) fold down to fit into my 05 Ford Fiesta. I wasn't looking for any other bells and whistles or have great expectations. I bought this thinking it would have to go across the rear footwell of the car, so was delighted when it fit in the boot with plenty of room spare to pack shopping around it. After some practice it's super easy to put up and down. Suspension is none existent but I didn't have any expectations for this as I'm not planning to take it off road. We haven't tried the rain cover yet, though it seems like a decent fit on the dry run. I've used this push chair for my baby from around 12 weeks no problem, having used a sling solely prior to that. The seat reclines almost horizontal.
