Finally some relief from eczema!!, 9 Dec. 2014

Hopefully this will help someone out there that's had the same problem as me. I'm 25, mixed race , have extremely sensitive skin and prone to eczema especially in the cold. I have recently had the worst flare up of my life! I got Hydrocortisone from the chemist but it didn't work. The eczema started to appear all up my arms and shoulders from the elbow and on my face, neck and back. The doctor prescribed Bentnovate which is good and Zerobase cream which I feel is ineffective and not worth the money. After being in agony I decided to sort things out myself. Here is what I found has worked for me. Ask your Doctor for Bentnovate cream, buy J Malki Dead Sea soap from Amazon as well as unrefined Shea butter which is about 6 pounds. In the morning and when you have a shower use the dead sea soap and gently pat the area dry. Use the unrefined Shea butter as your moisturiser throughout the day and before you go to bed apply the Bentnovate. I've found that in 3 days of doing this I feel so...

Bought for my son ,who has psaraosis badley. Never received much help from the NHS. Used this soap for a week and can already see a big improvement not only in hisskin but the fact the itchyness is far less.
