CLICK HEAT BOTTLE WARMER, 13 May 2009

I was disappointed with this product. I left it for over 20 minutes on a small bottle of babys milk and it was not even lukewarm.

Customer Service is Lacking, 7 Feb. 2012

I received a Heat in a Click baby bottle warmer for Christmas, and I was excited, because we have already used the little hand warmers, and they work great. But my warmer arrived without the metal disk that starts the chemical reaction. I went to the website, and emailed the company, and was emailed back fairly promptly, given the Christmas holiday. Then after answering basic questions about my product I was ignored. I tried send multiple emails to the company, and was replied to, with the same questions as my first response, and by the same man. I have answered, again, and am waiting for a reply.I feel that the company's customer service is rather terrible. My situation is all that complicated; I have a faulty product that needs to be replaced and they have wasted more than a month in dealing with their own mistake.

Handy bottle warmer, 28 Oct. 2011

Handy for warming baby's milk in an emergency- e.g. warming a bottle when travelling in the car. I haven't used it much as it took quite a long time to warm my daughter's large beaker of milk. Might be more effective on a bottle, but we've passed the bottle stage.
