I chose this as I avoid buying plastic, and this was non-toxic, no commercial characters. plain and simple as shown, and my baby wasn't really interested in bright things, he would be entertained staring as black and white objects. It was good price too. Its quite handy that I can just wear as a bracelet to avoid losing it.I like that its unisex and not your typical bright toy. Having said that my son is kinda bored with it. He uses it as a teether and a toy. I dont like to give him too many toys, this doesnt really rattle and now he's at a stage weher he's always reaching for something else, most of the time something inappropriate to put in his mouth. But this is all to do with the baby, rather than the item. It does what it says on the tin, has different shapes to touch, does rattle if I make it, he doesnt really shake it. So yeah, would recommend still :)

Nice wooden teether, 19 Jan. 2014

This teether is nice and chunky and perfect for my 7 month old son to chew. The beads are nice and different textures and he got to work on them right away.The elastic is not stretchy enough to snap back, just enough to allow my baby to pull on the beads. It also makes it very easy to attach to his pram, other toys etc to provide a nice teething surfaceAll in all a great product
