Very Disappointed, 13 July 2010

I use Avent Soothers (which I believe are very popular soothers) for both my children as do most of my friends and therefore was extremely disappointed that it WAS NOT POSSIBLE to attach avent soother to soother chain. I had to dismantle other soother chain and use catch from that in order for Heimess Soother Chain to work. Would not purchase or recommend this product to anybody.

Lovely product but not quite long enough and a little heavy, 11 Jan. 2010

This product is beautiful to look at and very well made - but we only really use it as a clip on toy in his buggy. It is a little heavy and not quite long enough really but it makes a nice little toy!

updated design poor quality in comparison., 18 May 2015

I bought this as a replacement as I had lost my son's last one of these. The problem is that sometime in the last 18 months they have changed the design and now the clasp is really weak and doesn't close tightly and can be easily pulled off a garment with just a gentle tug which defies the object of a dummy clip in the first place! Also the bead to adust the length of the loop is now made of plastic whereas it was wooden before and now feels flimsy in comparison. I wouldn't havr bought this had I seen it first, I just presumed it would be the same as the one I had 18 months ago.
