The toddler bed, made from solid MDF, is an ideal transition from a cot, helping your child in the next stage of development to bedtime routine thanks to the protective side panels that prevent bedtime tumbles. The bed is classically designed in a instantly recognisable Hello Kitty style with white and pink polka dots and bows. The theme carries through to the two printed storage drawers that are also included. The drawers fit neatly underneath the bed and are ideal for storing toys, game and clothes. This bed also features a detachable bedside shelf that is the perfect place to keep a nightlight and drink in the specially designed recess. I am very happy with the bed, it took no longer than an hour to assemble. The bed is really sturdy and the slatted bed base is very strong as they aren't thin.The hello kitty design is very well done, it doesn't look cheap or tacky.Overall my daugter loved it :D

poorly designed with obviously no quality control in this country! the clamp nuts dont even thread onto the bolts straight so unless you've got a lathe and milling machine and fancy a few hours in the garage I wouldn't buy this

Value for money on Amazon. Lovely first bed., 6 Mar. 2012

I first saw this bed for a higher price at ARGOS but it was for the simpler version (without the drinks stand and under bed storage).

I checked out Amazon to find for the price of the Argos one i could get more for my money here on Amazon by getting the up-graded one and get a brilliant mattress too!

Definitely could do with two people fitting the bed rather than just one, slightly fiddly on your own but not impossible. We did find instructions slightly puzzling but that may just be me? So just remember when putting the bed together that the' hello kitty head board' faces the bed inwards and not out - which they don't remind you when putting it together. There was also two screw hole which were not explained and had nothing to go into it?????

Not made of the most durable materials, more of a novelty bed. Shame the sides of the bed only go so far down, our toddler rolled out of the bed one night so we invested in a bed guard for the bottom part of the bed. The under-bed...
