Broken, 28 Dec. 2014

I bought this product for my daughter for Christmas with the plan to put it together Christmas Eve and surprise her Christmas morning. Upon trying to put it together the screws just broke straight through the wooden side panel on BOTH holes. I am so disappointed as this was my present to give to my daughter. She is also really disappointed as I had to explain to her that her present broke. I am very surprised at the lack of quality in the wood for it to break so easily and have found it very difficult to find an email address or somewhere to contact to complain (hence leaving this public feedback). Attached is a photo of the side panel. Would appreciate any communication over this matter.
