Duvet protector, 24 July 2012

Love the hippychick mattress protectors so decided that the duvet protector would be worth the money. The quality is fantastic and the fabric lovely and soft. However, it made the duvet inside slide so much that my daughter was waking up twice a night needing me to sort her covers out. I tried using safety pins, but that didn't really work out. The duvet protector is now resigned to the back of the cupboard. A very expensive mistake!

Good but heavy, 22 Feb. 2011

Bought the duvet cover recently as I'm a big fan of the hippy chick mattress protectors. The duvet cover is of the same quality as the mattress protectors, and seals the duvet well with a zip at the bottom. The only downside is the weight of the product. It makes a protected duvet quite heavy, which is not ideal for a small child.

We have tried a few different waterproof sheets/pillowcases; this is by far the best. It has real cotton feel and when accidents do happen it can be tumble dried on low heat ready for the following night.
