Fully waterproof, windproof and breathable teflon coated nylon in various sizes and three colors. Fully taped seams and adjustable Velcro tabs on the hood, wrists and also on the elasticated waist bands. Ankles have elastic stirrups.

This is a fabulous snowsuit! Great quality and so waterproof it had kept my 15 month old dry and happy in the recent snow. Wellie boot stirrups perfect and work brilliantly to keep boots on in the snow. only complaint is armcarmcuffs are very very tight so it us a little difficult to get live on sometimes. Otherwise...Fab!
