I bought this for my dispraxic son, it has really helped him at meal times, before he couldn't use a knife and fork at all, and so preferred to use his hands to eat, now he can cut and use the fork appropriately, he still struggles but not half as much as before, its been a godsend, his occupational therapist recommended it for him.

Very good for individuals that need a little help with positioning. The indent on the back of the knife and fork makes things a lot easier!!
