ARRIVED QUICKLY. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY AND IT WAS A GOOD FIT FOR THE BED. IT CAN BE DIFFICULT TO FIND BEDDING FOR A 4ft BED BUT THIS IS GREAT I ORDERED ALL THE BEDDING.

Ordered 2 protectors, which arrived promptly. However, when opened one had a hole (appeared as if it was a cigarette bud burn) and the other was dirty of grease. As this was for rental properties and involved a hassle of returning it since bought online, I decided to just keep them so cannot comment on any refunds/return service.Protectors seem to be also very thin.On a plus side - they fit the small double mattress perfectly and once you are on it you do not have the feel as if you were lying on a plastic surface as with some other protectors.Overall, wouldn't buy it again (and certainly not for my own use), but the way it fits onto the bed prompted me to give it 1 extra star.
