This growth oil does actually work - my nails are in a very bad state due to illness and the fact I've been biting them for years. It isn't something that will make your nails grow at a fantastic rate, but does make them grow a bit faster. I use this regularly and it seems to be doing a great deal of good and makes them look better even after a week. Definitely recommend this for nail nibblers!
