Not individually wrapped which was annoying. My fault for not reading the description properly. However, the foam seems much softer than the same ones I have had individually wrapped. I have used these earplugs for years and am pretty expert at putting them in. These didn't go in well at all - just too soft. If the next batch I have are like this I will have to find another brand. I would say that I would normally rate these earplugs as five star and cut out a lot of noise but still able to hear the alarm clock!

These are fantastic. You sort of squidge them up and put them in your ears. The level of sound is reduced. It does not go away completely so, if you were attacked in the night maybe by a burgler, you would still hear them if they made enough noise (but not, unfortunately, if they were quiet) and you could defend your possesions. They look a little like hard candy so do not get confused and eat them be mistake. Nice and soft too.

I bought these to re stock my dwindling supply of the same product as my wife uses them in bed and cannot sleep without ear plugs. Originally bought for use on my motorbike which they are excellent for, my wife recommends them for sleeping as she has tried a number of other products without success and now will not go anywhere without a handful of these in her suitcase.
