It appeared to work the first time that I used it, but I tried to use a second time last week, and it was refusing to heat up the wax that I was trying to apply (I eventually resorted to heating the wax in the microwave). I'm not sure if this is because I was doing something wrong or not. It worked well the first time, though.

Mine broke after a month. I under stand it's much cheaper than other wax pots, but it had all come apart from inside with all the wires showing. It could be quite dangerous.
