Terrible product, 11 Mar. 2015

I couldnt believe how bad this chair was when it arrived. The base was probably what your paying £100 for, the rest of the chair was cheap and awful:( Very uncomfortable hard plastic seat, the coloured part is also rock hard its not cushioned. The tray and foot rest are awful quality and dont fit securely so rattle about. The worst part was when we put our 5 month old in the chair, he was wriggling around and the whole top part of the chair was swaying and moving around with him! Its ment to rotate 360 but will only do that if you keep your finger on the button whilst bent right down and turn the chair at the same time! It tilts back but not very much, I cant imagine a child falling asleep in it, its that uncomfortable. Also the box containing the chair came with a 2 inch rusty snapped nail loose inside! Glad i saw it and it didnt fall out on my carpet when my little one is crawling! Scary! Worst product ive ever bought returned it immediately. Gave 1 star for the base that looks very...

Looks great, functions well, easy to assemble and use. Padding on harness is a bit cumbersome. *not* a cushioned seat, but not hard plastic. Red insert is molded foam. 6 month son's feet are nowhere near the foot rest, though we're not bothered by that. Happy to own this.

The chair says can be used from newborn - I have a 5month old and she can't sit in it - the straps are very fussy and not quick and easy - the middle strap is very long and doesn't offer support to baby - also slippy to sit in - looks good but not fully practical
