I brought this when I was 6 months pregnant last year and was so excited to see how well my baby would like it and she went in it at 4 months old and it was perfect for her to play in and roll about in and sleep sometimes. This play pen really helped her to to learn how to crawl and move about. She loved the textures on sides of netting pictures of the monkey and lion! She scratches at it and loves gliding her hand over it. She loves the zip opening too with the tent like texture and likes fiddling with it. Most of the time it's fully open so she can go in and out as she pleases. Sometimes we have it half open so she can play about ! At about 6 months she was using the handles that you can attatch anywhere on the inside or outside of the play pen and this has really helped her to learn how to balance and she loves swinging around with them and dances abit on the spot whilst holding handles!!
