The mattress has a waterproof PEVA cover and can easily be wiped clean,
which is very important as it helps to ensure that your babys mattress
is kept clean and dry. PEVA is a safe material, which does not include
chlorine like PVC and has many benefits; the waterproof cover is also
heat sealed together at the edges preventing moisture and dust from
reaching the fillings, protecting them and helping to prevent allergies
from developing, the fact there are no sewn seams again prevents dust
and dirt from becoming trapped in the mattress, helping to making it
more hygienic.
