I bought this to contain a couple of bottles each for my twins. I cant fit 4 bottles in this bag. It fits 2 Avent 9oz bottles with ice packs, the one supplied with the bag ( which is v small) and 1 of my own. It can fit 3 Avent 9oz bottles with the sole ice pack The bag isnt particulary good quality for the money, however it does keep the 2 bottles cold for up to around 6 hours.
