I wanted to have success with this flask but unfortunately I think you get what you pay for. It doesn't keep food warm, despite warming and super heating it before hand. The lid obviously has a hole in it somewhere which allowed water to get in during washing too so now amounts of dirty dish water seep out. I've requested a refund and will be buying a more expensive, and better appraised product.

As there were no actual instructions as to how best to use this the fact I found it useless could have been down to that, the food was piping hot when I put it in, after just a couple of hours it was barely lukewarm. Will try it again today and perhaps update this if it's any better.UPDATE: utterly useless! This time I boiled the kettle and filled the thermos up and left it for 20 minutes, poured it out and the sides etc were nice and hot, I'd heated the food too and put it in the food thermos, about 2 hours later I opened the lid and the food was stone cold! Not even remotely warm, just ridiculous!My advice would be to buy something else as this product just doesn't work!
