My 6 year old son has now had his John Deere Gator for almost 2 years. In this time, it has been rallied around by countless children, it can often be seen with two in the front and one in the tipper bed on the back! I purchased it with two batteries which proved to be a good move, even with the batteries lasting for up to 3 hours, it is very useful to have a spare on charge. This toy has been bullet proof in its durability and reliability. It just goes on and on and on...I can strongly recommend this as the best toy I have ever purchased, I live on a farm so it has been tested to its limits and beyond. It often carries way more than the maximum weight in the back - no problem for this toy!After 2 years, the rear wheels are wearing through, but they are simple to replace.If there was a rating with 10 stars, I would give it all 10!

Was worried as this gator is very expensive but is absolutely brilliant and the best quality both my 4 yr old son and six year old daughter love it.

Not fully tested yet as it's a x-mas pressies but certainly exceeded 'father and mother christmas's' expectations. Took a couple of hours to put together and worked straightaway.
