I smooth this onto dry hair before I go to bed, and wake up with real hair instead of a haystack! I am using this instead of the night serum which doesn't seem to be available any more. It's hard to recommend a hair product as we all have different hair, but it's well worth a try if you have dry, coloured hair.

Disappointed!, 20 Sept. 2014
I bought this at tesco instead of through amazon for about £6.50, I thought considering the price wasn't TOO cheap it must be a decent enough product whilst I wait for my 'Bed Head' order to arrive, I have recently got a full head of highlights and wanted to make sure I kept my hair as smooth as possible and try to avoid dry damaged hair, I can safely say this product is doing NOTHING for my hair! I would not buy this again! I will be sticking to my original serum from now on! On the plus side, it does smell rather nice, a smell that does seem to last quite well on my hair but that was not the point of purchase! Very disappointed.

Felt this product made no diiference to my hair at all, i have tried so many of John Frieda's products but was very disappointed with this one.
