This is what it says, baby powder, but I prefer this to any of the scented type of talcs so am very happy with it. I couldn't buy the smaller size locally, so it was good to be able to purchase this on line - I needed a small pack as I was going into hospital and the larger container was out of the question. The item arrived well within the time given by the supplier.
