Both my fiancé and I were having trouble sleeping and I was at the point where I'd try anything. I bought this and Cussons baby sleep balm.I put this on my arms and the balm on my wrists just before bed. Since using it, I have slept like (well) a baby! It's brilliant and smells absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommended x
