The item is described as having "pocket sprung" mattresses. When delivered the mattresses were clearly low-gauge open-coil, very thin and very light in weight; and so not in accordance with the description on the site; and so if used would not have offered the level of comfort that I want. I declined to accept the goods and received a full refund later. I hope that the description has been corrected now!

2nd time I'm trying to buy this product, 1 Aug. 2013
This is the 2nd time I'm trying to buy this product and they did not accomplish with the timeline that they said. I'm even not sure if this product finally will be dispatched to my house. I'm still waiting.
