I would love to be able to recommend the KOKO food pouches, but can't due to several points.
1. The set of pouches I got have all come half apart in the plastic that encases the zip lock closing mechanism within one or two uses. This means that a pocket of a few millimetres is created where food gets stuck in the zip lock where the plastic has come apart, making that bit ridiculously difficult to clean. I spend about 1/2 hour cleaning three pouches with pipe cleaners to get the bits of food out.
2. They don't seem to clean well in a dishwasher. Dirty water gets stuck on top and the plastic seems to crinkle after wash, even on low heat programmes
3. It is unclear whether the pouches can be sterilised in a steriliser. I experimented with a microwave steriliser with a few and they did not fare well, though I later tried again making sure the pouch was wet when I tried (in light of point 1.) and it seemed to work.

I am big fan of making my daughter's baby food, but I am also very fond of the convenience of squeeze pouches. We tried Squooshi brand pouches from the US and I found them to be difficult to fill, difficult to clean and since they are not transparent, impossible to know if they ARE clean. I was highly disappointed. They were also very expensive. I found these and was very skeptical. When I saw they were microwave and freezer safe, which the other pouches are not, and since they are so affordable, I decided to give them a try. HELLO! These are completely different. You can see the food. You can write on the pouches and remove the writing with alcohol. You can make several meals at one time and pop them right in the freezer.
