Great product. I got it out the box and you can use it immediately with no need to fuss around with it.Sadly we need to return it as we have a table with a drawer inside. This has proven to mean that it makes the level of the table too low for the chair to be boosted and our toddlers legs to fit under the table.Gutted...Would still recommend this to anyone but just be aware of the problem with tables with drawers

Great idea, but not robust enough, 15 Mar. 2010

I'd love to be able to give this ingenious product 5 stars. We bought this for our 4 year old son and it does (still) boost his chair to the right height. The product also holds onto his chair regardless of how much it is tipped or pushed.The booster legs do have a strong small pad to enable toddlers to step on, but my son often finds it easier to stand on the spring-loaded telescopic plastic arms. This has caused two arms to crack, one of which is now shedding bits of plastic. Three months on it still works, but I can't see it lasting much longer. The arms must be made much stronger to bear the weight of a 4 year old climbing on to his chair.

Very useful for independant minded toddlers, 21 Feb. 2009

Easy to use, though it helps if you have another adult to balance the chair whilst you deploy the legs (as they're tensioned). Great for raising up a 'grown up' chair so a small person can reach the table. Our daughter is two & half and was refusing to use her Handysitt booster seat any longer (as it was 'for babies' and her knees were banging on the edge of the table) but her chin was practically touching the table without it. The Kaboost means she can reach the table easily & still be a 'big girl' - very handy indeed.
