I have been so excited about this arriving and it absolutely lives up to expectations and more!

It arrived in a strong plain brown box with the word Kenley stamped on the top - so would make a lovely gift.

In the box is the bowl, spoon and matching bib. Plus a small one page 'user manual'

Firstly the bowl - Absolutely beautiful! Seriously it really does look lovely and looks so well made. On the underneath of the bowl there is a simple clear sticker again with the word 'Kenley' on it. Apart from that there are no other words or inscriptions which honestly would only hide the beauty if there was. There is a bright orange suction base that gives a huge contrast to the bamboo. There was a slight smell of bamboo but this dissipated as soon as I washed it.

I wiped the bowl as per the instructions and washed the suction base too. To 'stick' it to the table you simply push down and it remains firm until you lift the little tab on the base and it releases. The...

Washes easily in hot soapy water, 13 July 2016

When you are first introducing baby food to your baby, you can use whatever bowl you prefer. Make sure not to leave it within reach of your baby however, especially if it’s breakable. An organic bamboo baby’s bowl. The ultimate natural bowl for a baby. It really is a little slice of bamboo – right out of the stem! Cut directly from a piece of bamboo it uses the natural plate that forms at the bamboo nodes as its base – giving a lovely curved bottom to the bowl. Ideal for first mealtimes and snacks. Washes easily in hot soapy water. Self-feeding is messy! And, it should be. The suction bowl might not completely help eradicate the mess, but it might help to extend the meal so your baby can get more practice eating. With enough practice, your baby will master self-feeding.

So he's only really happy eating foods if he's put it in his mouth ..., 22 July 2016

My 11mo son is not keen on being fed solids - he likes to feed himself! So he's only really happy eating foods if he's put it in his mouth himself! But this is a very messy experience, especially as his favourite meal time activity is often mushing up his food and squeezing it etc. In any case, it's difficult for him to chase peas and other food objects around on the tray of his highchair, making the task of self-feeding even more difficult! I think he needs a bowl - but he'll just dump the entire contents on the floor!

This suction bowl did the great job, for the first few times he did try to tackle the bowl and have some fun with it, but it did stayed firmly on the table, so eventually he did give up, at least for now.

would highly recommend this bowl to all of the mom's to try, it may do as good as for me .
